Taxbit Assist

Taxbit Assist is Taxbit’s customer-facing AI assistant built into the Taxbit Dashboard. It helps users ask questions in plain language, get quick answers, and review recommended support documentation without leaving the Dashboard.

Ask any product questions you may have, such as 'What is the 1099-K threshold for eligibility?' or 'How do I generate a void form?'.

Currently, Taxbit Assist will not have access to your data in order to answer questions such as ‘How many accounts are eligible for a 2025 Form 1099-DA?’. However, we are actively working on building this into a future release.

Please note: If additional help is still needed, users can submit a support request through Taxbit’s support form via the Taxbit Assist Widget by selecting “Contact us” on the bottom right or by populating our online submission form.

Taxbit Assist Capabilities

Taxbit Assist is designed to help users quickly find guidance and support content while working in the Dashboard. Taxbit Assist capabilities consist of the following:

How to Access Taxbit Assist

Step 1: Within the Dashboard, open the Taxbit Assist widget from the bottom-left corner.

Step 2: Type your question in the chat window.

Step 3: Review the answer and any recommended documentation that appears in the response.
