Overview
The Tax Documentation page supports bulk actions so you can take the same action across multiple documentation records at once, rather than reviewing each record individually.
Bulk actions are especially helpful when you need to download multiple PDFs, request updated documentation for a group of records, resolve the same issue across multiple records, or export the current filtered view for review outside of Taxbit.
How to Use Bulk Actions
Step 1: Go to the Tax Documentation page.
Step 2: Filter or search the table as needed to narrow to the records you want to review.
Step 3: Select multiple rows from the main table.
Step 4: Choose from the following bulk actions you wish to apply to those selected records
- Bulk PDF Download
- Bulk Request New Documentation
- Bulk Resolve Issues
- CSV Export of the current filtered view
Bulk PDF Download
Use Bulk PDF Download when you need PDF copies for multiple documentation records at once, such as during year-end review, audit support, or documentation retention workflows.
Please note:
- DPS documents do not support PDF download.
- Some externally collected documents also do not support PDF download.

Bulk Request New Documentation
Use Bulk Request New Documentation when you need to request updated submissions from multiple account owners at once.
Please note: Bulk Request New Documentation only works if the customer’s SDK is configured to use the needs_resubmission field. Please refer to the following guide for this API endpoint for more information: Retrieve Tax Documentation Status. If there are questions about that setup, please reach out to your CSM or TC.

Bulk Resolve Issues
Use Bulk Resolve Issues when the same issue type can be resolved across multiple selected records.
Please note:
- Bulk resolution can only be performed one issue type at a time.
- PO Box bulk resolve is only available for entity records.
Because some issues require a new submission or additional curing documentation instead of direct resolution, bulk resolve should only be used when the issue is actually eligible for resolution.
