Standard - Transactions CSV Ingestion Template Guide
Use this template for most US reporting workflows when you are sending raw transaction activity, and transaction and fee values can be provided in USD. This is the default template for forms such as 1099-DA, 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-K, and 1099-INT.
Do not use this template for US retirement reporting (e.g., Form 1099-R and 5498), 1042-S, or CARF/CRS, which each have dedicated templates that can be found here: Transactions - CSV Ingestion Template Guides
Please see the table below for information on each field within the Standard Transactions Template. The CSV template is also attached to the bottom of this article.
Please note: Only the Account ID is required for ingestion; however, for more information on all of the data requirements for specific form types, please refer to the appropriate guide on this page: Tax Form Overviews

Please note: There is a limitation of 30M rows for Transaction CSV data, and 10M for Transaction JSON data. If the file is larger than this limit, please split the file to successfully ingest the associated data.
Please note: Transaction ID fields are limited to 255 characters. Values longer than 255 characters will result in a validation error.
