Form Data IDs Report

The Form Data IDs report helps you identify which accounts have Form Data ingested into the Taxbit Dashboard by form type and tax year. Use this report to support reconciliation, confirm which accounts are ready for review, and coordinate updates before form generation or filing.

See below for a description of each of the fields on the Form Data IDs report.

Field	Description
account_id	The unique ID of the account.
form_type	The reporting deliverable the Form Data pertains to (e.g., 1099‑DA, 1099‑MISC, 1099‑INT, 1099‑K, 1099‑NEC, 1099‑B, 1099‑DIV, 1099‑R, 5498, 1042‑S).
tax_year	The tax year for which the Form Data applies.
item_count	Number of Form Data items for the given Account, form type, and tax year (e.g., Form 1099-B may have multiple)

Please note: Report downloads arrive as ZIP archives and may be split into multiple CSVs for large outputs (CSV files typically split at around 500k rows per file).
