1098 - Form Data CSV Ingestion Template Guide

Use the Form Data CSV template to provide the information needed to generate Form 1098 for each reportable borrower.

The CSV template is also attached to the bottom of this article.

An Account must be created before you ingest Form Data. There should typically be a single row for each Account in the template. Multiple rows for the same Account are accepted when needed.

Please note: There is a limitation of 500K rows for Form CSV data. If the file is larger than this limit, please split the file to successfully ingest the associated data.
